Schoolcraft College - Back-to-work with COVID-19: A Leadership Process and Checklist
Schoolcraft College Workforce Training Solutions is providing this no cost seminar as a service to our business community.
Join us for a “Back-to-Work" with COVID-19 Webinar provided by the Luminous Group. This session takes a look at the multiple activities that need to occur to get employees safely working again.
Participants will join the facilitator to explore:
- How to prepare leaders, the workplace, and employees to safely return to the workplace
- Activities leadership should do to leverage their efforts to achieve the ‘new normal’
- A process and key activities that a back-to-work steering committee should consider
- Selecting and customizing available restart or return-to-work checklists, to best suit each organization’s needs while bringing people back during the COVID-19 pandemic
- Types of messaging for employees before, during, and after return to work
Participants will receive a checklist to work with to ease the transition of back-to-work.
