Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Overall responsibilities and duties:

The Executive Technical Analyst represents the Seating President and Leadership team. Is responsible for managing the Division’s schedule, milestones and ensure all deliverables are available on time and have executive quality. Executive Technical Analyst will lead the preparation of all Division’s executive presentations and reports and will work together with all functions to verify the accuracy of the content.

Will be responsible for the calendarization and organization of the Division’s meetings with the region and the Business Group, will maintain the discipline and the governance. 

The Executive Technical Analyst will understand the Division strategic planning, financial results to identify deviations and steer the reporting accordingly. Will understand the Division’s footprint and main products, the organization and all Division’s KPIs to be monitored in a weekly, monthly, Quarter basis.

Will track the open actions coming from the meetings and monitor that champions drive the tasks to completion. Will support with the organization of visits and corporate event planning including customer and key supplier meetings with the President, Townhalls, etc. 

The Executive Technical Analyst will coordinate the President’s expense approvals and manage the Division’s travel budget.
