AAPI Small Business Membership Grant

The Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce (APACC) would like to make it easier for Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI)-owned small businesses and individual professionals to gain access to APACC membership, resources, and programming. With the support of General Motors, APACC will be able to provide a one-year membership at the Bronze (Individual - $200) or the Silver (Entrepreneur - $300) level.

Silver (Entrepreneur) $300 Membership Eligibility: (50 employees or less) Membership at this level empowers any AAPI-owned small-sized company to enjoy the basic benefits and privileges of partnership with APACC.  Entrepreneur members enjoy additional networking and branding opportunities to expand and foster business relationships.

Benefits:

• Company listing in the online APACC membership directory, Member Information Center (MIC), and MemberPlus App;
• Recognition of membership in APACC e-publication;
• Ability to offer and redeem Member-to-Member Discounts to APACC members;
• Receive APACC commu8nications regarding upcoming events & networking opportunities;
• Access to member-only Affinity program for cost-savings on office supplies and products, telecommunications, shipping, etc.;
• Access to APACC member-only events;
• All company employees receive member rates to APACC events;
• Referral and Introduction Services at events;
• Access to MBE/WBE certification advisory services;
• Access to bid opportunities (RFP)
• Ability to submit press releases, business-related articles, and company news on the APACC website and in the monthly e-publication
• Ability to submit employment opportunities on the APACC website and in the monthly e-publication
• Company logo, profile, and link to your website to be featured once/year via APACC social media platforms

Fulfillment Requirement:

• Attendance of (4) four APACC Events per member representative(s)
  • Orientation, free events/Small Business Action Committee webinars, networking events at membership pricing, or APACC signature events as sponsor/membership pricing
  • Volunteering fulfills this requirement as a speaker, committee member, board member, or at our events fulfills the requirement
  • Serving on the Small Business Action Committee fulfills the requirement*
• Completion of the membership feedback survey at the time of the 1-year membership expiring

Bronze (Individual) - $200 Membership Eligibility: Individual professionals of Asian or Pacific Islander descent, employed in the public or private sector who are looking to grow their business or professionally with networking and marketing opportunities. Membership is restricted to one person and is not transferable.
