InnovAPACC is a quarterly initiative that empowers AAPI Employee Resource Group (ERG) and Business Resource Group (BRG) leaders from APACC's Elite and Gold member companies. This program provides a dynamic platform for industry leaders to share ideas, exchange best practices, and collaborate on innovative approaches to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
By fostering collaboration across diverse industries, InnovAPACC strengthens ERGs/BRGs as catalysts for inclusive innovation and workplace transformation.
