As a Client Service Representative on our servicing team, you'll provide excellent client care by responding to inquiries via phone, chat, email, or other mediums.
About the Role
- Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Give every client the best customer service in the industry
- Respond to general loan servicing inquiries
- Provide technology navigation support
- Find solutions using available resources
- Consistently meet minimum quality and production metrics
- Identify patterns and trends that impact the client experience and communicate findings
- Work 8:30am - 5:30pm, with an occasional 10am - 7pm shift as needed
About You
- 1 year of client service representative experience
- Ability to learn all applicable internal platforms
