    III. Working for:  IT Professional Services Firm, catering to Automotive, Utilities, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Banking & Financial Services, State Government domains
    IV. Hybrid Work (In-Office: Minimum 3 days/week)

    A. HR-related Duties (Directional Responsibilities - High-level):
    Coordinate personnel record-keeping for Hire, Termination, and Payroll-related activities with the Recruiting & Operations Manager and Payroll Manager;
    Develop and Lead DCG’s HR programs and policies as they apply to employee relations, Onboarding, Employee Training & Development, Compensation, benefits, safety, Retention, Performance and staffing levels. 
    Support the Firm’s strategic goals towards design, planning and implementation of these programs and policies to hire and retain our best-in-class quality prospects and employees; 
    Serve as liaison between client and Firm’s operational teams;
    Prepare status reports based on updates received from teams, and identify problems and improvements;
    Monitor and track Employees’ HR-related guidelines, record-keeping, and milestones for Recruitment, Retention and Termination.
    Developing and implementing performance management processes to include KRA setting, two ways feedback process, career aspiration discussions and bell curve rationalization;
    Design a talent management and succession planning system for identification and development of high potential employees;
    Conceptualizing and driving learning and development initiatives for improved productivity and capability building.
     
    B. USCIS – Immigration-related Duties:
    Leading USCIS and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Compliance (record-keeping, communications, proactive follow-up with USCIS, our immigration attorneys, and other third-parties) for all of our foreign national employees on a US-authorized visa;
    Leading employee status changes and maintaining Public Access Files compliance;
    Lead material changes to a sponsored employee’s job before they take place – whether it’s a change in salary, job responsibilities or work location;
    Coordinate, manage and facilitate the preparation of H1B Cap Cases;
    Lead and maintain accurate and up-to-date immigration records for each foreign national;
    Lead and maintain information such as visa renewals, expiration tracking, extensions. sensitive employee and company documentation, attorney communication and travel history, etc., while adhering to DCG’s confidentiality, data privacy and security guidelines;
    Reach out to our foreign national employees and attorneys to respond to their unique questions regarding current USCIS guidelines; 
    Maintain visibility into the questions our employees are asking, and delivering company-wide Reporting as needed;
    Track and maintain the immigration status of every foreign national employee before they leave the U.S. for vacations, holidays, visa stamping, etc., in order to maintain compliance with U.S. and global immigration laws;
    Lead USCIS cases, Communicate with employees and attorneys, Track employee mobility, and keep immigration data secure;
    Staying current with USCIS rules, regulations, compliance and policies.
