APACC Small Business Action Committee Chair, Laura Van Houtte is the Vice President, Employee Health & Benefits with Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA).
In her role as Vice President, Laura takes a holistic approach to employee benefits in order to address a changing workforce. She understands that employee engagement and education are essential to the success of an employee benefits program and has personally helped clients create an internal brand and communication plan for their employee benefit and wellbeing programs. Her attention to detail, willingness to address problems, and client focus are strengths that have contributed to her success and help her provide outstanding service.
Laura is MISHRM’s Learn & Lean Chair and panel facilitator. She remains active within the growing HR community by serving as an expert speaker, coordinating events, and fostering relationships amongst her peers.
