Applications due by January 30 for Public Space Place-Based Infrastructure and Façade Projects

The Michigan Economic Development Corporation is excited to announce the latest funding opportunities available through the Revitalization and Placemaking (RAP) program:

Performance-based RAP grants are currently available for real estate redevelopment projects and can be applied for on a rolling basis as funds are available. View guidelines for the RAP program HERE. The RAP application can be downloaded HERE.

The application for performance-based, public space place-based infrastructure projects and façade program implementation is now open HERE.

The deadline for submitting your application for the Public Space Place-Based Infrastructure and Façade projects is fast approaching.

Application Deadline: 9:00 pm on Jan. 30, 2025

We encourage you to finalize and submit your application before the deadline to ensure it is considered for funding. We also wanted to highlight again that potential applicants for RAP Real Estate Rehabilitation and Development funding are encouraged to reach out to their Community Development Manager to discuss the application process and next steps. This funding is being awarded on a rolling basis, and the application is available now.
