UHY in Farmington Hills, a large professional services firm that provides audit, tax, consulting, and advisory services, today announced it is joining with accounting firm Tama, Budaj & Raab (TBR), effective Jan. 1, 2025.
In business for more than 50 years, TBR is a full-service accounting firm in Farmington Hills with 12 professional and administrative team members. The company will become part of UHY and continue in their current roles. The entire team will relocate to UHY’s office in Farmington Hills.
UHY also announced today it has joined with accounting firm Botz Deal & Co. in St. Louis. The company was founded in 1969 and provides services to privately owned businesses and their owners, not-for-profit organizations, and governmental entities, as well as individual tax planning and preparation.
All 30 professional and administrative team members will become part of UHY and continue in their current roles and operate in three new St. Louis based offices in St. Charles, St. Peters, and Wentzville.
Terms of both transactions were not disclosed.
